This is a legal agreement (called “Agreement”) between you (called “client or loveseeker”) and Shwe Lat Myal Co.Ltd (called “service provider”). This Agreement applies to the access and use of registration to or use of any other services (“Services”) through the platform (called www.shwelatmyal.com). By using any of the Services, you agree to, and are bound by, these terms and conditions of service of this Agreement (including Privacy Policy & Cookies Policy) for as long as you are using the Services. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, you are not eligible to use the Services. Your use of, or participation in any of the Services may be subject to additional terms, and such terms will be either listed in this Agreement or will be presented to you for your acceptance when you register or get membership to use such Services and which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. This Agreement will also apply to all of the services stated at the moment or revised Services by service provider who reserves the right to cease offering any of the Services.
This Agreement is subject to change by service provider in its sole discretion at any time. Any changes we may make to this Agreement in the future will be posted on this page and will notify you about the updated changes. Your continued use of the Services after posting of revisions to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such revisions.
Eligibility & Terms of use
By registering and using any of the Services, you are agreed and confirmed that following statements.
- Your age must be on the range of 22 – 50 years old for men, 22 - 40 years for women and can be ready on the state of forming a legally binding contract with service provider if needed.
- The information you provided must be correct, accurate and true information that is not misleading.
- You should be serious about finding love and have dedication to your future perfect match. It’s not allowed to find love for the sake of enjoyment purpose only.
- You are truthful and honest in the responses you provide to service provider and your potential match.
- You must adhere to the conditions for registration stated on the service provider’s website.
- You will comply with our Privacy Policy & Cookies Policy.
- You will comply with the terms of use and related laws and regulations by Myanmar Government.
- You will need to update service provider swiftly if your circumstances or information you provided has changed and are no longer single.
- By registering to use Services, you represent and warrant that you are single or separated (if legally married; other necessary documents will need to present). If you are married and not separated legally, you may not register to use Services.
- By registering to use Services, you represent and warrant that you have no criminal convictions or have ever been found guilty of any lawful act such as fraud, harassment, domestic violence or terrorism.
The service provider reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate membership at any time if the Member doesn’t comply with any of the terms & conditions stated in the Agreement.
Process requirements, Assessments & Regulations
- Any additional information, documents required from loveseekers to ensure the smooth process must be delivered in a timely manner. Please note that delays may affect your opportunity to be matched.
- You won’t be allowed to misuse the Services or to engage in any activity on or through the Services, that:
- Is intended to abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate any other users of the Services
- Contains video, photographs or images of another person
- Promotes illegal or unlawful activities including instructions on how to make illegal activities, violate someone’s privacy, harm or harass another person, mislead someone’s trust intentionally to steal third party’s properties
- Disseminates another person’s personal data without permission and collects it for unlawful purposes
- Intends to annoy or interfere one person’s enjoyment of the Services with off-topics or meaningless behaviors
- You are agreed that you will not use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise, and sell to any user without their prior explicit consent.
- You are strictly prohibited to harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any professional matchmaking experts from service provider in providing any portion of the Services to you.
- Both parties (clients) must respect privacy and respect terms from service provider. Once both parties provided positive feedback and confirmed to proceed next step of date, only then service provider will guide to exchange contact information. If contact information is exchanges without acknowledgement, service provider will terminate the Services with immediate effect as it’s a breach of terms and conditions in Agreement.
- The service provider may, but is not required to use several ways to verify information that clients have provided. So, by registering to use Services, you agree that service provider will have no liability to you arising from any incorrect information.
- Privacy alert: By registering to use Services, you acknowledge that service provider may share your personal information with service provider’s employees or third parties employed or your potential matches (if needed) to proceed some or all of the Services.
- Cancellation & refund policy: Service provider offer 48 hrs refund policy for membership packages. Once a membership payment is made, clients have 48 hrs to request a refund. Any issue made outside this timeframe will not be considered and a refund will not be made. But please note that it’s non-refundable after a screening section with a matchmaking consultant has done.
