Terms & Conditions of Service
This is a legal agreement (called “Agreement”) between you (called “client or loveseeker”) and Shwe Lat Myal Co.Ltd (called “service provider”).
1. Introduction
By becoming a member of Shwe Lat Myal Dating & Matchmaking Services (hereinafter “Shwe Lat Myal”), the Client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. In return, Shwe Lat Myal commits to safeguarding the Client’s personal data with strict confidentiality and to providing matchmaking services based on the Client’s genuine intent to find a lifelong partner.
2. Modifications to Terms
Shwe Lat Myal reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions as necessary, based on service updates or policy changes. All modifications will be announced via the official website and/or Shwe Lat Myal’s official Facebook Page. Clients are encouraged to Like & Follow the Facebook Page to stay updated.
Eligibility & Terms of use
By registering and using any of the Services, you are agreed and confirmed that following statements.

Age Requirement
Female applicants must be between 21 and 40 years old, Male applicants must be between 21 and 50 years old. Applicants slightly outside these ranges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if their personal information is verified as accurate. -
Accuracy of Information
All information submitted in the registration and membership forms must be true and correct. Any falsification that leads to social disputes will be the sole responsibility of the Client, and Shwe Lat Myal reserves the right to blacklist or take legal action as necessary. -
Serious Intent Only
Applicants must genuinely seek a long-term, committed relationship. Casual or non-serious intentions are strictly prohibited. - Employment Requirement - Applicants must have stable employment. Temporarily unemployed applicants must provide proof of recent employment within the past six months. Business owners must also provide relevant proof.

Payment and Refund Policy -
- Payments must only be made to the official bank accounts provided by Shwe Lat Myal.
- Clients must send a screenshot of their payment confirmation.
- Shwe Lat Myal will not be responsible for payments mistakenly made to the wrong account
- A refund is only available within 48 hours before the membership form is submitted.
- Once the membership form is submitted, no refund will be issued under any circumstance. -
Service Suspension by Client
Clients may request to temporarily suspend their membership and resume it at a later time. -
Right to Reject Applicants
Shwe Lat Myal reserves the right to reject applicants who fail to provide complete or truthful information. The company’s decision shall be final.
Matchmaking Service Process

Matching Based on Membership Tier
Clients will be matched based on criteria relevant to the membership package they purchase.
The number of initial introductions varies by membership level.
Only Gold Members have access to unlimited personalized matchmaking requests. -
Follow-up Introductions
After using up the allocated introductions, additional introductions will only be offered if a potential match expresses interest first. -
Confidentiality and Contact Rules
All personal information shared for introductions must be kept confidential.
Clients must not initiate direct contact with someone they are introduced to without prior consent.
Sharing any client or company-related information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Disrespectful or harmful behavior toward other clients, matchmakers, or the company will result in membership termination and possible legal action.
After using up the allocated introductions, additional introductions will only be offered if a potential match expresses interest first. -
Membership Tiers
Shwe Lat Myal offers three levels of membership:
Bronze (Entry Level)
Silver (Mid-Tier)
Gold (Premium Service)
Clients may upgrade their membership by contacting their assigned Matchmaker. -
Information Disclosure Per Tier
Personal details such as photo, age, ethnicity, religion, and occupation are disclosed based on the membership level.

Meeting Compatibility
Meetings are arranged only when both parties express mutual interest. Options include Online Dates or in-person Coffee/Meal/Drinks Dates.

Online and Face-to-Face Dates
Online dates are arranged free of charge.
Face-to-face dates are coordinated by matchmakers and require an Advanced Dating Arrangement Service Fee.
Costs of food and drinks must be covered by the male client, unless both agree to share expenses. -
Privacy in Dates
Until both parties mutually accept a match, full names, phone numbers, workplaces, and company names may not be disclosed. Violation of this rule will result in termination of membership.
- After Successful Matchmaking

Exchange of Contact Information
Upon mutual agreement, Shwe Lat Myal will exchange full names and phone numbers between the matched couple. -
Relationship Development
After exchanging contact information, the couple is free to continue communication independently.
Shwe Lat Myal will no longer mediate but may provide relationship advice through a personal matchmaker by appointment. -
Announcement of Successful Couples
With client consent, successful couples’ photos (with faces blurred for privacy) may be posted on Shwe Lat Myal’s Facebook Page as a success story

Marriage and Celebrations
Clients who proceed to engagement or marriage are kindly requested to inform Shwe Lat Myal and allow the company to share wedding or engagement photos on social media with their consent.

However, due to individual preferences, emotional dynamics, and varying expectations, successful matches are not guaranteed. Clients are expected to accept that not every introduction will lead to a mutual connection.
